TT and R Automotive LLC was officially established in 2004, with the idea of providing affordable and quality automotive repairs. Our passion for excellence is what’s driven us from the beginning, and it continues to push us each day. William “Bill” McAleese

If you call, email, or text TT and R Automotive LLC, Bill McAleese will be the one responding. With over 35 years of experience, some of Bill's certifications include:
- Multiple Master certifications from ASE (Automotive Service Excellence)
- Every advanced level certification from ASE (L1, L2, L3, L4)
- Master Technician certification through the State of Maryland
- Master Technician certification from the Volkswagen Corporation
- Volkswagen World Certified Service Trainer
Along with a plethora of additional certifications in and around the automotive industry, Bill has the knowledge to fix your vehicle right the first time but explain the process and repairs to you in a way that you will leave with a better understanding of how your vehicle works without all the confusing technical/engineering speak. How long will it take to repair my vehicle?
Every vehicle is unique and every diagnosis is unique to the customers concerns. So, this is something that will be discussed, in detail, after the diagnosis is completed. We will come to a suitable agreement for the total length of time the repair(s) will take before any repair work is started.
Where do you source your replacement parts from?
Here at TT and R Automotive we understand everyone has a budget that they can afford. So, we try to give as many options as possible which means we go out of our way to source the best quality parts at the best prices and try to get the parts in a timely manner so that you, our valued customer, can make the best informed decisions on your repairs.
Why do you only take appointments and don’t offer walk-in or waiting services?
TT and R Automotive is operated as a “boutique” repair facility. We do specialize in many different areas of repair and specific types of vehicles but we also give back to the automotive community in the form of training during weekdays. This limits the operation of the repair facility to mostly weekends. This also allows us to be very customer oriented when the repair shop is in operation. We do accept drop offs, and we will work to fit your vehicle in ASAP.
Do you accept or work with extended warranty companies?
Yes! We will work with your extended warranty company to get the repairs done correctly. Also, if you have any questions about your vehicles extended warranty please, bring us your contract and any additional paperwork you have from the extended warranty company. We will take the time to sit down with you and if need be get the extended warranty company on the phone to discuss your policy so that you are fully aware of your coverages.
